The Moreno Avenue project involved a remodel and addition to an existing house located near the Brentwood Country Club.

​

Work included conversion of an exterior terrace into a new bedroom to accommodate the owner’s growing family, and complete remodeling of kitchen and bathroom space, in addition to new finishes throughout and a new trellis in the back yard.
