The Moreno Avenue project involved a remodel and an addition to an existing house located near the Brentwood Country Club.

To accommodate the owner's growing family, the exterior terrace was converted into a new bedroom & provided the family a cozy relaxing place with its new trellis in the backyard. The house was given a makeover with a complete remodeling of kitchen and bathrooms in addition to giving new finishes throughout the house.
