A major remodel of a poorly maintained, yet remarkably untouched 1960s residence in the exclusive Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills. 

The new design embraced expansive views of the hillsides and the Pacific Ocean beyond, and reorganized the interior activities into private and public wings, with a soaring living room occupying the space between.
