In the tree-lined streets on San Marino, this house underwent a transformative renovation driven by a deep understanding of the evolving needs of its youthful occupants. The comprehensive reconfiguration aimed at creating a living environment that can grow and adapt alongside the residents.
Central to the project was an expansion of the main house accompanied by thoughtful adjustments to the interior spaces, all tailored to better suit the dynamic lifestyle of its younger residents. To maximize space and utility, the existing garage was repurposed into a stylish ADU, introducing newfound versatility to the property and ensuring that the spaces can effortlessly evolve with the occupants.
