Nestled within the prestigious Trousdale Estate neighborhood of Beverly Hills, this project involved a significant remodel of a 1960s residence that was previously neglected but recognized and redeveloped for its potential.
The design approach embraced the property’s commanding views of the rolling hillsides and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The interior layout was reimagined and reorganized into private and public wings to cater to various lifestyle needs. At the heart of the residence stands the centerpiece of the residence, a soaring living room connecting the interior spaces with the awe-inspiring surroundings.
